Please review the terms and conditions governing the use of India Space Hub mobile application, website, space APIs, and community services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the India Space Hub mobile application or web platform (indianspacehub.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our services.

2.Educational Purpose & Service Availability

India Space Hub is an independent educational and news platform dedicated to space exploration, ISRO missions, global satellite telemetry, and astronomy.

🚀 Rocket Launch Times & Telemetry Notice:Rocket launch schedules, countdown timers, orbital parameters, and mission statuses are provided for informational and educational purposes. Space mission schedules are inherently subject to technical holds, weather delays, and changes determined by space agencies (ISRO, NASA, SpaceX, etc.).

3.Referral & Reward System Rules

India Space Hub features a Refer & Earn referral program designed to reward users for inviting friends to learn about space:

  • Reward Points: Referrers earn +10 points per valid referral signup, and referred friends receive +5 bonus points upon entering the code.
  • Fair Play & Anti-Fraud: Self-referrals, automated bot accounts, referral code spamming, or fraudulent accounts are strictly prohibited and subject to reward cancellation or account ban.

4.Developer API Guidelines & Fair Usage

Developers registering for access to the India Space Hub API agree to:

Attribution Requirement:Attribute "Data provided by India Space Hub" when displaying API data in public applications or websites.
Rate Limits & Quotas:Respect assigned API rate limits and avoid overwhelming server endpoints with unauthorized high-frequency requests.

5.Intellectual Property & Content Credits

All custom software code, original graphic designs, branding assets, and app design systems are the intellectual property of India Space Hub. Space mission imagery, logos, and official mission descriptions remain the property of their respective space agencies (ISRO, NASA, ESA, SpaceX, etc.) and are used under fair-use educational guidelines.

6.Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use

When participating in community features (polls, creator profiles, space discussions, feedback submissions), users agree to maintain respectful conduct. We strictly prohibit harassment, hate speech, spam, uploading malicious links, or impersonating space agency personnel.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall India Space Hub, its developers, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, inability to access launch streams, or reliance on information presented.
